Since its inception BIOALVO assumed an innovative and proactive approach that attracted the media attention at several levels, from TV and radio to newspapers and specialized publications.

BIOALVO has been awarded several prizes and has been invited and participated actively in several recognized national and international events focused in biotech, innovation, IP, entrepreneurship, investment, among others.

Development of a novel drug screening technology and subsequent invitation to national and international consortia and active collaboration with R&D institutions all over the world has also attracted media attention.

Being in the forefront of biotechnology in Portugal some of BIOALVO’s unique achievements made the news in national and international renowned publications.
