David Warar holds an M.B.A. in International Marketing and Finance from Loyola University and a B.A. in Biological Sciences from University of Delaware. David started his career at Abbot Laboratories, USA and has a solid international business development background developed over 25 years in the life- science business. He has over 25 years of commercial and consulting expertise in developed and emerging markets, and has successfully initiated and concluded numerous successful partnering alliances. He has assisted in the positioning of new products and technologies by producing actionable market research, technology assessment, and competitive intelligence studies. Also, David has served as an expert witness in technology transfer and licensing for the U.S. Government.
